One: Main Function:
Detection of fuel tank/water tank level sensor.
Two: Features:
This product is made of stainless steel SUS316 or Sus304 with excellent anticorrosion performance. It is directly assembled with the thread of the oil tank mouth. Widely used, all kinds of fuel tanks, water tanks, chemical medicine boxes, alcohol, construction machinery, electric generator, marine and so on.
Three ：Basic working principle: The change of liquid level makes the float barrel slide up and down along the electron tube, at the same time, the magnet in the float barrel drives the magnetic reed switches in different positions in the electron tube, so that the electronic signal of the internal circuit changes immediately, this change is then fed back to the instrument through a wire, and the instrument pointer swings to indicate the correct level.
PRODUCT COMPONENTS:
1.The main body is made of stainless steel SUS316 or Sus304(optional)
2. Length range: 100 ~ 3500mm optional, interval 50mm for a gauge (100,150,200,250,300,350,400,450,500,550,600, , , , , , , , , , , also can be customized according to customer fuel tank
3. Assembly: BSP114 SCREW IN, or NPT screw in. If necessary, different types of flanges can be fitted to the fuel tank. This product is equipped with 38 * 2.6 mm o ring, 43 * 3.5 mm O ring.
4. Protection level: IP67

1. This product uses the magnetic field control reed tube contact on-off principle, with a long life and anti-seismic explosion characteristics;
2. Rated Power: 125MW;
3. Alarm switch rated current: 500mA
4. Wire: PVC material (optional PA filter Sheath)
5. Connector: According to the requirements of the ANP, Delfaut, tyco and so on
6. Output Signals: 0 ~ 190,240 ~ 33, or customized to customer requirements
7. It can also provide output current signal: 0 ~ 20mA, 4 ~ 20mA
8. OR VOLTAGE OUTPUT SIGNAL: 0.5 ~ 4.5 VDC, 0-5 VDC
9. Signal precision spacing: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 21mm;
10. Working temperature:-40 °C ~ + 85 °C, can be customized according to customer requirements for the special environment used in the water level sensor
11. Other: Connection Mode, alarm position can be customized according to customer needs of special automotive sensors.
