Brazed diamond grinding wheel can realize metallurgical and chemical bonding between abrasive, solder and matrix, strengthen the bonding strength and prolong the grinding life. High exposure of abrasive particles (up to 70% ~ 80% of abrasive particles), large chip space, not easy to block, can make the use of abrasive more fully; Grinding force, power consumption and grinding temperature are lower.

1.Compared with diamond metal bond tools, its sharpness is about 5 times.
