Heating And Stirring The Sandwiched Raw Materials, And At The Same Time Adding Powdered Sugar To The Raw Materials To Make Them Stir To a Paste; |

Refill The Flavors Of Different Flavors In The Sandwich Material According To The Choice Of Flavor; |

Third, Put the finished biscuit to the 2 sets feeders of the biscuit sandwiching machine.
And Put the core material to the core stock tank on the biscuit sandwiching machineWhen the machinery start to working .the biscuit were go forward by the transmission of the machinery ,in the meantime,the core device will push out the core material on the roller surface from a hole,the roller goes round and round,the biscuit will transmission under the core roller, and when biscuit touched the sandwich roller,then the core material will be stick on the surface of the biscuit.Another feeding device will drop the biscuit on the upper of the core material,then the sandwiching biscuit was finished.
Sandwiching Biscuit Packing: Finished Sandwiching biscuit will be transfer to the automatic packing machine for packing.the packing style can be below sample ;
