The first step is to quote through telephone, QQ, Wangwang and other contact tools to confirm the material, process requirements, specifications, dimensions, pick-up location, tax and quantity, and special requirements of the customized processed products.We will determine the price based on the product information you provide. Please provide detailed product parameters as required. The second step is to take a sample to see the sample: a. Is there a charge for shipping the sample?For samples sent by mail, sample fees and courier fees are required. Sample fees will be refunded for orders placed.b. Do you get a sample fee from the factory?The quantity is less than 5 free of charge, more than 5 will charge a sample fee, some products do not provide information for customers.c. How much is the sample fee?The sample fee is 3-10 times the unit price of the product, which is determined by the number of reserved products.d. Do old customers need a sample fee to get a sample?Old customers do not need to charge any fees to get samples from the factory. Mailing samples of professional custom tag metal tag custom paint metal tag board only needs to pay the courier fee.The third step of proofing (1) If you need to develop new products, you need to open the mold.You need to provide product process requirements, specifications and dimensions, materials, templates or clear product design drawings.Please contact me for mold fees.The mold-opening and proofing time is about 7 days, excluding special products.(2) If it is a product with mold, no mold fee is required.Proofing time is about 5 days, according to the difficulty of the product to confirm.The fourth step is to place an order and produce the product ①What is the payment method?You need to pay 30% of the total order amount as a deposit for the production of products (the remaining 70% is paid before shipment); please remit according to the bank account or bank card number we provide for receiving the payment.②What do I need to provide for product production?Documents such as templates, design drawings, product high-definition photos, purchase orders, purchase contracts, process instructions, etc.③How long does it take to produce the product?a. The quantity is less than 2000pcs, and the production time is 9-10 days; b.2001-5000pcs, the production time is 11-12 days; c.5001-10000pcs, the production time is 12-13 days d.10001-100000pcs, the production time is 14-15 days; e. Please contact me if the quantity exceeds 100000pcs, if the product is special, please contact me.The fifth step is to ship after the production is completed ①After the product has passed our quality inspection, please arrange QC to inspect the product at our factory, or mail a large sample to you; ②After QC confirms that the product is qualified, please pay the balance 7% of the payment Ten; ③After paying the balance, we will deliver the goods according to your requirements (express or logistics)
