Introduction
WNS type steam boiler wet back type three return all the corrugated furnace, threaded smoke tube, heat has good scalabiity.The tube plate and the cylinder body adopts the flanged connection structure, the main body of weld butt structure, all adopt the automatic submerged arc welding. Heating area is abundant, large hearth structure, micro positive pressure combustion,combustion heat load is low, less emissions of harmful substances, many boiler combustion chamber design is reasonable,fully adapt to city gas, natural gas,light diesel oil, heavy oil and other fuels, fuel in the hearth of the micro positive pressure combustion, burning completely, less pollutants from flue gas, boiler flue gas blackness, the blackness of the smoke and dust concentration and noise technical indicators were better than the national a class area standards.
Boiler Feature
1.Drum consists of arched tube sheet and spirally corrugated tube,which makes the shell change from the quasi-rigid into quasi-elastic,so as to prevent the tube sheet from cracking.
6.With compact structure,smaller boundary dimension than other same volume boilers,it can save the investment of capital construction for the boiler room.

SAFETY FEATURES
Real-time monitoring of water level: Electronic water-level detecting device
Water shortage protection: The combustion control system power will be cut off when there is water shortage along with alarm.
Leakage protection: The power will be cut off when there is leakage detected by the control system.
Over pressure protection: When the pressure is over the preset value, the combustion control system power will be cut off along with alarm.
Steam Safety Valve automatically opens to reduce pressure should excessive steam cause pressure build-up.
Steam Pressure Gauge allows visual observation of steam pressure over full range.
Manual Reset Pressure Control provides high limit pressure cut-out with manual reset.
Complete gas manifolds and protection system for gas boiler: Strainer, pressure regulating valve and magnetic valve
Flue gas monitoring device can detect the flue gas temperature automatically.

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel. The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
Industrail steam boilers have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’ requirement.

8. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
