DZL seires coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.). This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate (small scale flaker is available), has the advantages of feed mechanically and strong adaptability of different fuels. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal, the diameter should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%. Otherwise, DZL series boiler could also burn biomass fuel, including wood, straw, bagasse, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, peanut shell, etc.
Performance advantage
1. The pot barrel is composed of arched tube plate and threaded smoke pipe, so that the pot barrel changes from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic body structure, and the stretch parts in the tube plate area are eliminated to reduce the stress.The smoke pipe in the tube plate is changed from two return journey to single return journey, which solves the problem of crack in the tube plate.
2. The lower part of the pot tube is arranged with a riser row, which eliminates the stagnant area at the bottom of the pot tube and makes the mud residue not easy to deposit. The high temperature area of the pot tube can be well cooled to prevent the lower bulge of the pot tube.
3. Coal fired steam boiler use the threaded smoke pipe, the heat transfer effect is strengthened to achieve the boiler temperature rise, pressure boost fast characteristics, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
4. Compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, small external size, saving investment in boiler house infrastructure.
5. Stable operation, convenient adjustment and sufficient output.
6. The eight-character wall in the furnace and the smoke window at the exit have a certain dust-lowering effect.The original dust concentration of the boiler is controlled below the standard to ensure that the soot emission of the steam boiler can meet the target of environmental protection regulation.
7. The unique double-layer secondary air design improves the ignition condition of biomass fuel, and the independent air chamber is adopted to achieve reasonable air distribution, so that a favorable aerodynamic field is formed in the furnace chamber, similar to high combustion temperature and combustion efficiency.
