Introduction
WNS series oil/gas fired boiler adopts horizontal three-pass wet-back structure,large corrugated furnace and patented thread pipe technology,equipped with international first-level brand burners and valve groups,and independently developed high-matching PLC control system to realize muitiple linkages.The lock protection function protects the equipment running safely.
The main features
1. The overall structure is reasonable and compact, belonging to the packaged steam boiler which meets the delivery conditions of quick installation.This steam boiler is composed of three parts when it leaves the factory;The main steam boiler, chimney and piping system, in which the main engine and chimney parts have been manufactured in the factory, and the piping valves and instruments supporting the main boiler have been installed randomly, and then transported to the site to assemble the main engine and chimney.On the spot connect the air source, power supply and water pipeline to start the test.Greatly shorten the installation cycle, and can guarantee the quality of products.
2. Advanced design performance.The main boiler is of integral structure, the burner is assembled on the cover of the front smoke box, and the main body is arranged with heating surface and combustor.With reasonable structure, compact, low steel consumption, furnace with offset waveform furnace, thermal insulation layer choose new lightweight heat insulation material, outer packing USES color sheet, appearance packaging for cuboid, the boiler performance, weight, structure size and appearance modelling and compared with the capacity of the domestic product has obvious advancement and the look and feel.The boiler feed water equipment is arranged on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler so that it can be integrated with the main engine without having to make another foundation.

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel. The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
Industrail steam boilers have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’ requirement.
3. What is the texture of spirally corrugated tube?
The texture of spirally corrugated tube is 20#.
4. The brand of burner?
The brands of burner are Italy Baltur, Rellio, Elco, etc.
5. What is the thickness of combustion chamber?
the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between 10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient.
6. What is the advantages of fire tube boiler?
This fire tube boiler has compact structure and convenient operation, strong load adaptability, lower water quality requirement, and the failure rate of it is lower than 0.1!
7. Details of electric control cabinet.
Electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, display in English. It shows working condition details of boiler, such as water temperature, water pressure, exhaust gas temperature, and over-pressure alarm, etc. In addition, the cabinet is used for set up the parameter, record and analyze the operation data, etc.
8. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
