Aspheric Lenses are used to eliminate spherical aberration in various applications, including bar code scanners, laser diode collimation ect.. Aspheric lenses utilize a single element design which helps minimize the number of lenses in optical assemblies and simplifies the assembly process.
Opticreate provides all kinds of coated aspherical lenses, with traditional method, it can process large-diameter paraboloid and hyperboloid lens with BK7 material, the diameter could meet 400mm, with single point diamond lathe it can process aspherical lens with infrared crystal materials such as Ge, ZnS and ZnSe ect., the diameter could meet 300mm.
