Product Application
XY-1 Water well machine is light shallow hole drill rig with hydraulic automatic feeding mechanism.It is mainly applied to the exploration, geophysical exploration, road and building exploration and small water well drilling, etc.
XY-1A drilling rig is designed on the basis of the XY-1 drilling rig, it is low-speed, high-torque, oil pressure feeding and portative.
1.1 Use and Application Scope of Drill
1.1.1 It is mainly used in the exploration of solid mineral deposits and geological survey of engineering, and the inspection holes of various concrete structures.
1.1.2 Diamond, alloy and steel bits can be drilled according to the different strata.
1.1.3 When the final hole diameter is 75mm and 46mm respectively, the depth of the rated borehole is 100m and 180m respectively, and the maximum depth shall not exceed 110% of the depth of drilling, the rated opening diameter is 110mm and the maximum opening diameter is 150mm.
1.2 Features
1.2.1 The oil pressure feeding mechanism can improve drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.
1.2.2 The drilling rig is equipped with a ball mounted card blessing mechanism with six side active drill rods. The utility model can perform no stopping and falling rod. And it has the advantages of high work efficiency, convenient operation, safety and reliability.
1.2.3 Hole pressure gauge indicates pressure which can be easy to grasp the situation inside the hole.
1.2.4 Handle concentration, easy operation.
1.2.5 It is compact, small in size, light in weight, strong in decomposition and easy to remove .And it can be used in plains and mountains.

of each drilling, the maximum boring diameter can be 150mm.
