Introduction:
Shipbuilding steel plate from Bochi Machinery contains two kinds as common strength and high strength ship plate according to different yield and tensile strength.Common strength shipbuilding plate are mainly used to contribute hull of ship,and high strength shipbuilding plate are mainly built the cranes of bulk and breaker ships in low temperature surroudings.
Rolling specifications range:Thickness within 3-300mm,Width within 1250-4000mm,Length within 4500-14000mm.
Additional technical terms: Heat treatment(TMCP/N/QT),Z-Test(Z15,Z25,Z35),Primary treatment(Shot blasted and painting).
Our product have the following several feature:
1. The main standard our steel is according to ASTM A131,API.
2. The main classification society we cooperate are: ABS ,GL, LR, BV, NK,DNV,KR,RINA.
3. Productive technology: HR,CR,TMCP,N,Q&T,IMPACT TEST,Z15,Z25,Z35.
4. Hard stamp about the brand of manufacturer, Heat No.,Batch No., steel grade, steel size, and the brand of Classification Society.
5. Blasting according to SA2.5 standard, and the shop primed on the steel, coating thickness is 15-35 micrometer.

1. Can Z15-Z35 each brand production of layered tear resistance (thickness direction performance steel plate.)
2. Production specifications of Bochi Machinery Steel Plate: 8 mm-40 mm thickness and width 1500 mm to 3900 mm, length of 3000 mm to 18000 mm. Agreement by both parties, which can supply the more big specifications of the steel plate.
3. According to the properties and delivery state user needs, Bochi machinery steel plate can be hot rolling and controlled rolling, annealing, normalizing, tempering, is fire and tempering, conditioning and state delivery.
