Adhesive Labels material consists of three parts: ①face material ②base paper ③glue, let’s take a look below:
First, the permanence and removability of adhesives can be divided into two categories based on the performance of adhesives: permanent adhesives and removable adhesives.
Second, emphasize the meaning of the labeling surface: because the label paper processed with self-adhesive materials may be labeled on the surface of various materials, such as glass, metal, cardboard and plastic. Plastics can be further divided into: polyvinyl chloride, high-density polyethylene. Tests have shown that different label surfaces have the greatest impact on performance.
Third, the surface structure of the Xinxing Adhesive Labels substrate: intuitively speaking, a rough label surface requires a strong glue.
Fourth, the surface shape of the label substrate: the surface of the label substrate is divided into flat and curved surfaces. If the label surface has a certain curvature (for example, the surface of a medicine bottle with a diameter of less than three centimeters), it may require a good surface paper. Adhesive or viscous glue.
Fifth, the cleanliness of the labeling surface: Self-adhesive materials are most suitable for labeling substrates with clean, dry, oil-free and dust-free surfaces.
Sixth, the adverse effect of plasticization on the adhesive: labeling conditions-the viscosity of the adhesive needs to be pasted under cold, hot, humid or room temperature conditions.
Seventh, use environment—whether the sticker paper is exposed to an environment below freezing point, whether it is used outdoors, under high temperature, humidity, or under ultraviolet light, and whether it is close to a higher temperature car engine.
Eighth, the requirements of printing methods and processing methods on self-adhesive materials: when choosing different printing methods (such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing, offset printing, thermal transfer and laser printing, and processing methods (such as roll to roll, roll to order) The printing material can only be decided after the sheet, folding paper feeding method, single sheet to single sheet).
