Introduction:
Tempering furnace aramid roller rope is a kind of glass tempering furnace roller winding product, specially manufactured and woven from DuPont's original Kevlar fiber, which strength is five times that of steel of the same quality, but its density is only one-fifth that of steel (kevlar density is 1.44 grams per cubic centimeter, and steel density is 7.859 grams per cubic centimeter. Kevlar products are tough and wear-resistant, rigid and flexible, and have the special ability to penetrate the knife.
Aramid roller rope’s outstanding characteristic is high temperature resistance and long-term high temperature resistance 330 ℃, short-term high temperature resistance up to 580 ℃, and the strength is much higher than the glass fiber roller rope, so it is more suitable for glass tempering furnace roller winding.
