GPS engineering rig features
Models of the GPS series rigs: 10, 10B, 15, 18, 20, 22 are the rotary type of the rotary carousel. It is suitable for drilling high-rise buildings, bridges and port foundation pile holes. It can also be used for large-diameter wells and other engineering boreholes. It is mainly used in the first century geological rock formations.
main feature:
(1) The drilling rig is adapted to the Quaternary medium, fine, granular strata and general soft rock layers.
(2) The diameters of the boreholes are: 1 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m, 2 m and 2.5 m;
(3) Drilling depth: 50 or 100 meters
(4) The drilling machine adopts mechanical transmission, mechanical or hydraulic control, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable to use, and convenient for maintenance.
(5) The drilling machine has a wide range of speeds and has 6-speed shifting. It is suitable for different geological rock layers and is beneficial to improve drilling efficiency.
(6) The whole set of equipment is installed on the sliding skid base, which is convenient for the hole and strong maneuverability.
(7) The hydraulic control slide table makes it easy to translate the hole, and the large diameter drill is flexible and convenient.
(8) There are guide grooves on the rig, which helps to improve the verticality of the borehole and reduce the super-diameter coefficient. The faucet is equipped with a faucet rear suspension device, and the active drill pipe does not land, which reduces the labor intensity and shortens the auxiliary working time.
(9) Both the main and auxiliary winches adopt planetary gear mechanism, which has strong lifting force and auxiliary faucet rear suspension device, which can realize unmanned operation on the tower.
(10) The drilling can be pressurized by the weighting block.
(11) The slagging method is pumping reverse circulation, the slag discharge efficiency is high, the bottom of the hole is repeatedly broken, and the drilling speed is fast.
