Acylic needle felt and filter bag for dust collector systems
General introduction of the acrylic needle felt filter cloth:
Homo-polymer acrylic needle felt / Acrylic needle felt / polyacrylonitrile needle felt (PAN needle felt filter cloth) well known for its hydrolysis resistance performance, ZONEL FILTECH research and developed the special PAN filter cloth for dust collection.
Relevant specification for the acrylic needle felt filter cloth:
Material available: acrylic fiber + acrylic scrim
Weight: 350~650g/sq.m
Tensile strength: Warp: >850N/5cm; Weft :> 950N /5cm
Service Temperature: Continues:
Surface treatment for choice: singed & glazed, heat set, water and oil repellence, PTFE suspension bath, PTFE membrane.
The properties of the acrylic needle felt filter cloth:
1. High mechanical characteristics
2. Excellent resistance to hydrolysis
3. Optimal heat stability both in dry and wet conditions
4. Optimal resistance to chemical agents
5. Extraordinary resistance to light, weathering, mildew and bacteria.
Main applications of the acrylic filter cloth:
1. Chemicals processing: dryers in the pigment, plastic, and catalyst industries
2. Minerals processing: dryers and finish mills in the cement industry
3. Metals processing: process collectors in the lead, primary base metal, and foundry industries
