Q1:How many years the factory has been in operation?
A1: Our factory established on 2003, from then on we have 17 years history.
Q2: How many people in your factory?
A2: Resident employees about 50 peoples, when the busy time will have 10% increased.
Q3: What about the production capacity of your factory?
A3: About CNY 8 million per month, probably about 80 piece of 40’HQ containers.
Q4: How about the delivery time for each order?
A4: According the order QTY, we will require 30-45 days for production and shipment.
Q5: How about the payment for the storage?
A5: T/T, Western Union, L/C at sight before delivery.
Q6: MOQ for storage items?
A6: 1 piece will be accepted.
Q7: Does price include the express fee?
A7: No. You need to pay the transport fee on your account.
Q8: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A8: After you paid the sample charges, the samples will be ready for delivery in about 3-7 days.
The samples will be expressed to you.
Q9: Can you accept customization?
A9: Yes, we can. OEM / ODM are acceptable.
