Mirror-like printing inks and resin for hard substrates


The mirror-like printing ink WQ-280 is one component self-drying ink that can offer mirror appearance by printing on the back side of transparent materials, While drying, the metal pigments are aligned parallel to the substrate’s reverse side. Viewed through the transparent materials from the first surface, the pigments create a mirror like effect, surface chrome-like effect.


The ink which is mixed with WQ-280 resin and WQ-2180 harder. Good adhesion and electroplated-effect. It’s recommend to used for some high hardness and low adhesion of transparent materials, such as PMMA,PC and so on.

Characteristics


Special mirror-like printing ink and resin WQ-280, has a good adhesion with PMMA, hard PMMA and hard PC materials(hardness may more then 4-5 H). coating process: WQ-280 resin be used together with 10% special WQ 2180 hardener, self-dry after 4 hours at the normal temperature or dry after 15 mins’ baking at 220℃. It make the electroplated-effect more excellent and obvious.
