With the continuous spread of the global epidemic situation, the demand for epidemic prevention materials in countries around the world is increasing. Recently, while meeting the needs of domestic epidemic prevention, domestic related enterprises are making every effort to provide urgently needed materials for the global fight against the epidemic. At present, China's export of major epidemic prevention materials has increased from 1 billion yuan per day in early April to more than 3 billion yuan per day, showing an obvious growth trend. At present, China is the only country with all the industrial categories in the United Nations Industrial Classification, and has the most complete industrial chain and supply chain. This unique advantage is particularly obvious after the outbreak of the epidemic. By tapping the potential of the industrial chain and reengineering, Chinese enterprises have rapidly produced a large number of qualified epidemic prevention materials. Nearly 200 countries and regions have put forward the demand for epidemic prevention materials to China, and the overseas orders of Chinese manufacturers have soared by five times.
The 22nd China International Industrial Expo 2020 - new materials and equipment exhibition for epidemic prevention materials will be held in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from September 15 to 19, 2020. The exhibition is in line with the national strategy of "made in China 2025", focusing on displaying and promoting the latest development achievements of epidemic prevention materials and equipment technology at home and abroad, and enhancing the "made in China, international" brand of enterprises in the global market effect. The Expo 2020 will set up nine special exhibition areas, and the emerging exhibition area of new materials and equipment for epidemic prevention materials has opened a 7.2h hall with a total exhibition area of 28000 m2, which will lead 160000 domestic and foreign professionals to visit, negotiate and purchase.
