Hospital Modular Clean Operating Theaters Equipment and Turn-Key Service
Modular Clean Operating Theaters are mature products, widely used by many modern hospitals / clinics in different countries all over the world.
All equipment and materials of the Clean Operating Theaters are designed to different modules, finished in manufacturers' workshops. Comparing with traditional civil Operating Theaters, the Modular Operating Theaters need much less installing jobs and costs.
Especially, with Laminar Air Flow Clean technologies, the Moular Clean Operating Theaters can supply a constact temperature & humidity clean environment for medical operation.
As normal, a Modular Clean Operating Theatre includes different series equpment and materials as:
1, Contructing Materials, including operating theater wall modules, operating theater ceiling modules, Manual / Automatic Air-Tight Doors, Pass Box, etc., to construct an air-sealed space;
2, Air Clean Equipment, including Air Handling Unit / AHU, Air Ducts, Air Outlets (supply air and return air), Controllers, etc., to supply Laminar Air Flow in operating theater and keep air in constact temperature, constant humidity, and clean staturs;
3, Operating Theatre Furniture, including in-wall-mounting Stainless Steel Cabinets, Recording Shelf, out room Scrub Sink Unit, etc.;
4, Medical Equipment, including Ceiling Mount Medical Pendants, Surgery Lamps, Medical Gas Outlets Unit, Operating Room Central Control Panel, X-Ray Viewer, this equipment shall be installed when modular operating theatre constructing.

To avoid effecting laminar air flow in room by equipment and furniture, all these equipment and furniture are installed in wall (flush with wall) or ceiling mounted (off ground).
Also, to avoid air exchanging between clean area and non-clean area, the Laminar Air Flow Clean Operating Theater / Operating Room shall be a air-sealed room. All equipment and furniture in walls / ceilings shall be air-sealed.
However, most of the Laminar Air Flow Clean System equipment, are installed in machine rooms, above ceilings, behind walls. These equipment and installing is called as consealed works, and these consealed works is more important then those we can see, to decide a modular operating room's quality.
