The brine spray test machine is to test the corrosion resistance of all kinds of surface treatment, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic leather, anodic treatment, antirust oil and other anticorrosive treatments.
Structure of the machine body:
A. The laboratory uses P.V.C polyvinyl chloride plate, acid and alkali resistant, easy to clean.(Germany (aless)
B. The laboratory seal cover is made of transparent impact resistant acrylic board.(Germany NSP)
C. The laboratory seal cover is made of transparent impact resistant acrylic board.
D. Saturated air pail adopts SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure tank for best insulation effect.
E. Laboratory blue frame adopts plane indexing frame. According to the standard, the angle is 20°±5°, the fog falls on all sides and the fog is identical. The number of test pieces is large.

1.What's your MOQ?
At present we haven't strict policy for this, so welcome orders with any quantity.
2. Are you a factory or trade company?
We are a manufacturer. You will be weclome to visit our facory or we also can let you see through video.
3. We are not professional for operation and installation of your machine?
While it is not a stumbling block, our machine is easy to operate, no need to professional training, and the instruction manual and video sent to you are enough. What's more, we have professional engineers and they can solve all questions.
4. How about packaging? If machine damaged, what should I do ?
Usually machine is packed with wooden case and standard export carton, plywood carton or as your requirement. Damage haven't happened before, if happen, we will arrange replacement.
5. We haven't do business before, how can I trust your company and machine?
