4. Test principle

Lift the test samples to the setting height, and then make it fall free according to its predetermined state, collided with shock mesa.

6. Characteristics

6.1 Test the impact resistance test of the product and simulate the falling damage of the carrying after packaging, can set the drop point for the packing Angle or face.

6.2 Use double column, spring buffer, height gauge instructions, stable and reliable work, which can realize edge, face, and Angle fall.

7. Test steps

7.1 Connection: make the power cord connect to the three-phase power supply and grounding, both the machine and the control box, and then open the power switch, the power light lighting (at this point it is strictly prohibited for the personnel without professional training to enter within the yellow line to do any test operation, very dangerous) to see if wing plate in a horizontal position, or make it to a horizontal position by hand, and commissioning up/down command. (press rise key but falling down when commissioning, but run down or press down key but running up, only change the power source phase)

7.2 Press the drop key to make the work mesa break away from the test sample, and the sample do the fall free movement

7.3 After test: press the down key to make the work mesa to the lowest position, and shut down the power key

7.4 Put the test sample on the wing plate and fix well by fixture; All the people stand outside the safe line

7.5 Gently press the up button to make the two wings plate up to the required test height, press the stop button to stop rising

7.6 Press the fall down key, test items fall free, testing is complete, and shall be recorded  the sample conditions after the drop test

7.7 Press the reset button to restore the workbench to working condition

7.8 If repeat test, then repeat the above steps

7.9 Note: when does the drop test, the worktable is strictly prohibited standing man! (risk)

8. Matters needing attention

8.1 Testing machine shell must be reliable grounding, or get an electric shock risk

8.2 Power incoming line should be connected with above the same capacity has air  switch leakage protection and contactors for emergency should shut off the power immediately

8.3 When the machine is operating, do not touch the outside part of the control panel in order to prevent scratches or pinching

8.4 To move the machine, be sure after the power is turned off and cooling for 5 minutes before operating.

8.5 The new machine to the factory after installation is complete, the slide rod shall be added the appropriate low concentration oil, anti-rust oil or high concentration oil and the corrosive oil is forbidden.

8.6 If the oil uses at a long time there and has excessive dust, move the machine down to the lower part, wipe the previous oil and re-oiling; regularly add oil to the machine transmission parts

8.7 Drop machine is impact mechanical equipment, when new machine uses more than 500 times, shall tightening each screw to avoid failure.
