UL94 Horizontal and vertical burning test chamber
Appliance:
The horizontal and vertical burning tester is a simulated combustion performance safety test project according to the standards of UL 94, IEC 60695-11-4, 60695-11-3 standard.
The horizontal vertical burning tester is a Bunsen burner with a specified size and a specific gas source (methane or natural gas). The sample will be placed as horizontal or vertical position, burn it in certain height and angle several times, it is evaluated by the burning for the combustibility and fire risk.
The horizontal vertical burning tester is mainly used to grading the flammability of V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, and 5V materials. Suitable for research, production and quality inspection of electrical and electronic products and their components, such as lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machinery, electrical connectors and accessories, as well as insulation materials, engineering plastics or other solids.
