Galvanized Coating Thickness Gauge meter is a magnetic and non-magnetic and dual-use instrument with wide range of application.This instrument is a magnetic, eddy current integrated portable layer thickness measuring instrument, it can quickly, without damage, precision coating, coating thickness measurement.It can be used both in laboratory and engineering field. It can be widely used in automobile industry, manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields.It is a necessary instrument for material protection.
Galvanized Coating Thickness Gauge meter in two different test :
- Fe probe can detect all non-magnetic coating thickness, such as coating on steel, iron, powder coating, plastic, porcelain, chromium, copper, zinc, etc.
- NFe probes are used to measure the thickness of all insulating coatings, such as paint, plastics, porcelain, etc.These coatings shall be coated on non-magnetic metal matrix such as aluminum, copper, brass or stainless steel.
Functions:Galvanized Coating Thickness Gauge meter
- The thickness of non-magnetic coating on the base of magnetic metal can be measured, and the thickness of non-conductive covering layer can be measured by magnetic and eddy current measurement.
- It can quickly and automatically identify iron matrix and non-ferrous matrix.
- The method can be calibrated by single point calibration and two-point calibration.
- The negative display function ensures the accuracy of calibration at zero site and improves test accuracy.
- The operation process has beeping sound and red light;
- Two kinds of shutdown modes: manual shutdown mode and automatic shutdown mode;
- Battery voltage indication: low voltage prompt;
- The design of micro power consumption is less than 10 microampere current in standby mode;
- Measurement method: F magnetic induction NF vortex.
- Bluetooth function, USB connection.
- Storage function, menu operation.
- The red and green LED indicator light, buzzer.
