Angular contact ball bearing:
Angular contact ball bearings are: 7000C type (&= 15°), 7000AC type (&= 25°) and 7000B type (&= 40°), several types. The lock on the outer ring, the general inner and outer ring can not be separated, can withstand the combined radial and axial load as well as the axial load in one direction. The ability to bear axial load is determined by the contact angle. The larger the contact angle is, the higher the capacity of bearing axial load is. This bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction.Contact ball bearing limit speed is high, can bear both radial load and axial load, also can bear pure axial load, its axial load capacity is determined by the contact angle, and increase with the increase of contact angle.
Angular contact ball bearings features :
1) Load capacities are higher than deep groove ball bearings of same dimensions
2) Used for bearing radial-axial combined loads or pure thrust loads
3) Low operating friction and high limiting speed
They are mainly used for steel industry, mining&construction, paper making machinery, wind turbines, semiconductors, machine tools, gearboxes, electric motors, pumps&compressors, injection molding machines.
