The Plastic Water Supply / Drainage PVC Pipe Production Line/ PPR Pipe Extrusion Line carefully developed by Qingdao Win Win Machinery Co., Ltd. can continuously produce PE, PP, EVA, PVC and other corrugated pipes. The equipment adopts imported Siemens electrical parts, Changzhou heavy industry technology reducer, which is cooled by gear transmission module, template water string, module and product air cooling; The head adopts a special spiral process design, which ensures the wear-resistant strength of the head after desalination. The material extrusion process is stable, high-speed and smooth. Our company is able to design the forming mould according to the special requirements of customers, so that the bellows can be produced with fast forming speed, uniform corrugated shape and consistent joints.
Our company adopts bimetal screw barrel and desalination treatment to ensure the long-term working stability of screw, good plasticization of raw materials, smooth appearance of products and high compressive strength. The pipes are mainly used for wires, cables, threading pipes, ventilation pipes and drainage pipes.
