4. Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Our sample fee is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order.
5. Q: What’s the production lead time?
A: Our products lead time is 25-35 days receiving of the payment. 
6. Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram  only for sample order.
