Characteristics of air handling units:
Frame
It adopts highstrength aluminum alloy profiles which foaming polyurethane is injected. By using special polymer reinforced resin clamping piece, the section material is connected to form the frame.So the entire unit has the advantages of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and long lifetime. In addition, it has beautiful appearance and flexible structure and is easy for disassembling and repairing.
Panel
The panel is double skin. External surface panel is highgrade electrolytic plate whose surface is sprayed plastic. Internal surface is galvanized steel sheet. Thermal insulation materials is polyurethane foam with density 40kg/m3. The thickness of the panel is 40mm,to guarantee high thermal insulation, air tightness and low tendency of condensation.
Coil
· With copper tubes and aluminium fins.Blue fins are also available.
· Optimized pressure drop loss
· Each cooling coil pressurized and certified.
· There are 4 rows, 6 rows and 8 rows coil for choice.
Drain Pan
· Made from galvanized sheet or stainless steel.
· Smooth,without grooves.
· Quick and easy to clean.
· Maintenance friendly.
Fan
· Dual-inlet centrifugal fan.Forward and backward curved blades for option.
· Fan and motors are fixed on a common base frame and assembled on spring shock-absorbers.
· All have to pass strict inspection before delivery to ensure their quality.
Filter
· Flat filter(Grade of filtration is G3) and bag filter (Grade of filtration is F7), HEPA filter for option, which can meet different requirements of cleaning class.
Optional devices
Electric heater, humidifier, eliminator, silencer, air damper, etc. They can be add to the air handling units according to different requirements.
CBL slim type air handling unit: designed for lower floor space, which is lower than height of 5WC suspended ceiling unit.
