1) We can offer sample as customers' request before making the order.
2 ) We make sure the material , style and tube size, size details as the same as customers' request
3 ) When mass production, we will take the pictures of the frame and processtion show to customer
4 ) Before finish the goods, we will let customer know it and do the inspection to customer
5 ) We will contact forwarder to get the shipment information , and arrange to load the goods, documents ect.
6 ) Ship out the goods, we will ask any feedback from customer, if have any problem ,we will find out to figure it out.

Q1: What’s the quality warranty of your products?
A: All of our products warranty at least 2 years. And 5 years warranty are available, with higher price.
Q2: What’s your payment terms?
A: Normally, by T/T, 30% deposit in advance, the balance should be cleared before loading.
For larger orders, by L/C are also available; For samples or small orders, ESCROW is also available.
Q3: What’s your lead time?
A: It depends. Normally 15 days for sample, and 35 days for bulk.
Q4: Could I take some samples from you? How much the sample charged?
A: Yes, samples are available. For sample fee, 2-3 times for the normal price of the product. But we will return them after order placed.
Q5: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, we warmly welcome you to visit our factory at your convenient. Please contact us directly for visiting, we can pick you up.
Q6: Does the OEM order is available?
A: Yes, we do while please pass necessary details for process. Also we will keep it in secret!
