I. equipment definition:
The production line of full-automatic one-tow-two-plane mask machine is mainly used for automatic forming of planar masks. After the whole roll of cloth is rolled, the cloth is driven by roller, and the cloth is automatically folded and wrapped. The nose bridge strip is pulled and unrolled in a whole roll, cut at a fixed length and then imported into the bag edge cloth. The two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, and then the side seal by ultrasonic cutting and formed by cutting knife. The mask is transported to the mask ear band welding station through the wire, and finally the mask is formed through ultrasonic welding. When the mask is made, it is conveyed through the wire to the flat line for collection.

Ii. Equipment structure:
The automatic plane mask production line realizes the full automatic production of the plane mask, mainly including the processes of feeding the coil material, folding and pressing, feeding the bridge of nose, shaping the mask, cutting off the mask, ear strap material and welding, and finished product blanking, etc. The blanking process is completed and the whole production process from the raw material of the coil material to the finished product of the mask is completed. The equipment adopts ultrasonic welding method, which is beautiful, healthy and environmentally friendly. The masks are comfortable to wear, have no feeling, good filtering effect and fit the face shape of people. They can be used in electronics, mining, construction and other industries.
