EN149 Particulate Filtration Efficiency Tester
1.Product Description
This machine specifies a method to test filtration performance of particulate matter of textile.This machine is applicable to air filtration fabrics, face masks and other products.
2 Principle
The aerosol with a certain particle size is produced by the aerosol generating system, and the aerosol is used as the test medium to simulate pollutants in the environment. Under specified test conditions, the aerosol passes through specimen, and the aerosol accumulates on the surface of the specimen, filtration efficiency, initial press drop, final press drop, filter time or dust-hold capacity are calculated when the dust-hold capacity or filtration resistance of the specimen reaches a certain value, so as to represent the filtration performance of the sample.
