Application

The Muffle furnaces are used in the laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research for elements determination, heating treatment of small steel parts and other metal parts, and high-temperature heating treatment of metal and ceramic sintering, dissolution, analysis and so on.

use method

1. After opening the package, check it whether is intact, and the furnace should be placed on the flat ground, protect the temperature controller from vibration.

2. Install the power switch to control the power supply. In order to ensure safe operation, the furnace and temperature controller should be connected with protective conductor thermal

3. Check the wire connection, close lid again. then connect the power, adjust the temperature adjustor to “set”, set the needed temperature. When it displays needed temperature, Greenlight is on, it means that heating starts .then dial to “measure”, it displays the actual temperature. and ammeter displays the corresponding value according to the power (8-10). meanwhile, the temperature rises, when the temperature reaches the setting value, the controller will disconnect power supply automatically, red light is on or ammeter in the position of “0”, which means that heating stops. then “red” and “green” light of temperature controller will work alternately, to reach constant temperature

Note: 

When equipment is running for the first time, the temperature will soar(red light is on or ammeter in the position of “0”, but temperature keeps rising), but will be back later

Safety Notice

 1. When this furnace is running the first time or set it aside for a long period.

 2. When using this furnace, furnace temperature must be lower than the rated temperature, or it will damage heating parts. and avoiding directly pour into any liquid or dissolved metal .please frequently remove scraps or oxide inside the furnace to keep it clean.

 3. The inside furnace temperature has a lagged effect on the temperature detected from temperature sensor because of large heating power, and temperature will soar as the change of ambient temperature .then the controller will adjust the temperature automatically until the displayed temperature is the same as setting temperature. If the user needs to reduce temperature soar, first step: if the needed temperature is 500℃, then set the temperature at 400℃, when the temperature goes up to 400℃, set temperature up to 450℃ again, when it reaches 450℃, then set it up to 500℃.

4. when using this equipment, must follow bellows:

 1）Altitude is less than 1000 meter

 2）Ambient temperature is +5-40℃

 3）The mix monthly average humidity is less than 90%, at the same time the minimum monthly average temperature is less than 25℃.

 4）There is no conductive dirt explosive gas or corrosive gas around the furnace

 5）Place this furnace on the flat and firm ground
