General Information
transformer oil (insulation oil), because of high water, gas, and solid particles content, is in general in lower insulation performance. It can’t meet the requirement of IEC156 before any treatment.
The oil in transformer during service, will get worse, because of aging. AGING of oil will result in split during which the carbon and water compound will be generated. This will reduce the oil quality in a great deal of which will seriously intimidate transformer reliabilities.

ASSEN ZYD Double stage Transformer Oil Purification machine serves to improve the properties of insulating oil. It eliminates the acid nature, over moisture, traces of water, dissolved gases, and particulate matter from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly. The bottom line of this purification process is to enhance the performance level of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cables, and capacitors. All these equipment and machinery use an insulating system.
