CBD - JJG657 breath gas alcohol tester calibration device mainly consists of zero order standard gas generator air generator, ethanol, acetone gas generator, temperature, pressure flow control system, the differential measurement system, high precision of ethanol gas analyzer, touch LCD control system, carbon monoxide standard gas, ethanol gas standard gas (primary standard substance).

V. overview of system functions
1. Error verification of indication value:
Select the "indicator error" option, and select the concentration value of ethanol gas to be verified (0.10 mg/L, 0.40 mg/L, 0.60 mg/L). The system will automatically output the standard gas with the specified concentration of 15 L/min, and the output time of the standard gas can be set.After the end of the timing can output zero gas and can set the output time of zero gas.
2. Repeatability test:
Select the "repeatability" option, and the system will automatically output the ethanol standard gas with the concentration of 0.40 mg/L and the flow rate of 15 L/min, and the output time of the standard gas can be set.After the end of the timing can output zero gas and can set the output time of zero gas.
3. Zero drift test:
Select the option of "zero drift", the system will automatically output zero-level air with zero concentration and 15 L/min flow, and the output time of zero-level air can be set.
4. Indicator drift test:
Select the option of "indicator drift", the system will automatically output the ethanol standard gas with the concentration of 0.40mg /L and the flow rate of 15l /min, and the output time of the standard gas can be set.
5. Anti-interference ability test:
Select the option of "anti-interference ability (acetone)", the system will automatically output standard acetone gas with concentration of 0.5 mg/L and flow rate of 15 L/min, and the output time of standard gas can be set.After the end of the timing can output zero gas and can set the output time of zero gas.

6. Memory retention effect test:
Select the option of "memory residual effect", select the concentration of the output ethanol standard gas (0.1 mg/L or 0.4 mg/L), the automatic flow rate of the system is 15 L/min of the ethanol standard gas, and the output time of the standard gas can be set.
7. Expiratory resistance test:
Select the "expiratory resistance" option, the system automatically outputs the zero point gas with the specified constant flow rate, and the output gas time can be set;After the end of the timing time, the system automatically slowly increases the gas input flow until the flow reaches 12 L/min, and the gas is output at a constant flow rate.Connect the measuring system as shown below:
8. Minimum expiratory flow and minimum duration test:
Select the option of "minimum expiratory flow rate and minimum duration", select the zero gas with the flow rate of the output zero gas (
Select the zero gas with a flow rate of 36 L/min for the output zero gas, and set the time for the output gas. The system will automatically output the zero gas with a flow rate of 36 L/min, and the flow rate will automatically drop to 6 L/min when the output gas reaches 2.0 seconds.
9. Measurement range verification:
Select the "measurement range" option, the system will automatically output the ethanol standard gas with concentration of 2.0 mg/L and flow rate of 15 L/min, and the output time of the standard gas can be set.

2. Zero-stage air generator:
The zero-stage air generator is composed of the zero-stage air generator and the external air compressor system.The zero gas generator includes: pressure regulating device, gas cleaner, reaction chamber and temperature controller.The compressor system will compress the air and input it into the zero gas generator. The zero gas generator will produce zero level air without the pollution gas (such as SO2, CO, O3, NO, NO2 and HC).The schematic diagram of zero-level air is as follows:
