The column plate of heavy beam type shelf is composed of column, cross brace and diagonal brace connected by bolts; the column plate and p-type closed beam are connected to form shelf frame, which is fixed by safety pin, simple and reliable in structure; the steel laminate is placed on the beam to form the whole shelf. Each layer can be adjusted up and down in 75mm steps.

Production process:
The specification of heavy beam rack column is: 80 × 60 × 2.0mm special rack column profile. It is made of high-quality strip steel by opening, automatic rolling, punching and cutting according to the height specified by customers.
The beam is cold-rolled and welded with four specifications: 80 × 50, 100 × 50, 120 × 50, 140 × 50. It is a standard product specially produced for shelf in cold bending industry. After purchase, material is cut according to customer's size,
The welding shelf is connected with a special column grip, and the semi-finished product can be formed by grinding.
The heavy-duty cross beam shelf laminate is made of high-quality cold plate (SPCC) by opening, longitudinal cutting, bending and welding of stiffeners.
After the heavy beam type shelf column and laminate are processed into semi-finished products, they can be shot blasted for rust removal and oil removal. Packing and delivery after completion.
