4. Framework
The system frame of MNS 2.0 low-voltage switch cabinet is C-frame with 25 mm interval modulus hole. The connection of the frame structure is assembled with international advanced self tapping screws. All frame parts are maintenance free.
MNS 2.0 switchgear is highly modular with standard module e = 25 mm. Because the frame adopts 25 mm module hole system, the frame structure can be assembled into various types of cabinets without special tools.
Each switch cabinet is based on a complete set of cabinet frame, and the vertical and horizontal partitions are fixed with bolts. The whole cabinet is fixed on a single base to form a stable self-supporting system, which will not be damaged by vibration.
Cabinet can be divided into: device compartment, bus compartment, cable compartment.
5. Surface treatment
The surface treatment is carried out by the spray line imported from the United States through the processes of pre degreasing - degreasing - Pickling - phosphating - warm water cleaning - pure water cleaning - drying - electrostatic powder spraying - curing, etc., so as to achieve the modular, solderless, acid resistant, rust proof and beautiful effect of the switch cabinet shell. The salt fog resistance is more than 1500 hours.
6. Shell
The hinge frame can be used for the installation of electronic devices and instrument panel, as well as the device frame. The bottom of the switch cabinet is provided with a base plate, and the cable trough can be installed after the flange plate is added. The door panel and housing can be equipped with single / multiple vents.
According to different requirements, the frame can be divided into device chamber, bus chamber and cable compartment.
In the device compartment, there are functional unit components, bus and distribution bus in the bus compartment, and in the cable compartment, there are incoming and outgoing cables (both upper and lower incoming and outgoing lines are allowed), connecting wires and accessories between the functional unit components (such as cable clamps, cable connectors, parallel wires, wiring ducts, etc.).
The functional units and the small rooms in the cabinet can be separated, and the internal separation can reduce the arc damage to a minimum.
7. Bus, protective conductor and secondary connection
The busbar, protective wire and neutral wire are made of copper busbar.
·Main bus system
The main bus of MNS 2.0 switchgear is installed in the bus compartment behind the switchgear. It can be divided into two layers. The double-layer main bus system is respectively placed in the upper and lower layers, and the single-layer main bus system can be placed in the upper or lower layers. The cross section size of the two main buses can be different. The main bus can be connected separately, in series or in parallel. The busbars of different sections can also be connected. The main bus of MNS 2.0 switch cabinet arranged in back-to-back design adopts common bus design, which is composed of two buses.
·Distribution bus system:
The distribution bus is used for the connection between the functional unit components and the bus, which is vertically distributed in the bus compartment. One MNS 2.0 switchgear can be installed with two 3-phase or 4-phase distribution buses at most, which can be divided into two sections with full height, half height and middle.
The vertical bus is L-type copper bus, which is embedded in the functional wall made of flame-retardant plastic. Together with the whole bus system, it can meet the requirements of anti electric shock protection grade (IP20) without additional partition.
The multi-functional partition has the function of anti fault arc, and can also be used as the isolation between the device compartment and the bus compartment.
·Protective conductor
MNS 2.0 switchgear can be arranged as 4-wire or 5-wire bus system. In addition to the main bus and distribution bus, the 4-wire system also includes protective neutral wire (pen), and the 5-wire system includes protective earth wire and neutral wire (PE + n).
The protection / neutral connection of the system connection is horizontally installed in the device chamber and the power supply
