1.JDL-350 mechanical top drive water and gas drilling rig
JDL-350 drilling rig is a mechanical top-drive drilling equipment that integrates water drilling and gas drilling, which solves the difficulty of drilling air-drilling hammers in soil layers. The problem of low mud drilling construction efficiency, the dual-purpose water and gas drilling rig is suitable for various formations, and the core drilling efficiency and geological exploration are efficient and energy saving.
2.JDL-350 features of mechanical top drive water and gas drilling rig
· Equipped with hydraulic steel tracks for stronger off-road capability;
· Equipped with four hydraulic square tube high outriggers, which is convenient For leveling on site and saves a lot of loading and unloading costs;
· The left and right of the rig are equipped with drill rod holders and foot pedals, which are more user-friendly in design;
· The front end of the drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder, which makes it easier to loosen the drill rod;
· The hydraulic oil pump is directly connected to the power by a universal shaft, which makes the rig climbing and moving more powerful;
· AMT manual automatic transmission with electronic transmission and electronically controlled shifter make shifting easier;
· The rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, and the hydraulic system uses split flow and merge technology to increase and decrease the power head more quickly;
· Equipped with a foldable auxiliary tower, which can lift two 3 m / drill drill rods at a time.
