The company is located in Donghai County, the Crystal Capital of China and Silicon Resource Production Base of China, covering an area of 50,000 square meters.
In May 2015, the company invested more than 30 million Yuan in the first phase to build a production line of silica powder with an annual output of 30,000 tons.
In February 2017, the company invested more than 20 million Yuan in the second phase to build a high-purity soft silica powder production line with an annual output of 12,000 tons and a large-scale high-purity ultra-fine silica powder production line with an annual output of 15,000 tons.
HS mineral adopts advanced production technology, selects high quality quartz stone, washes through water, breaks, sun drying / drying, removing impurity, mixing / melting, dry ball milling, classifying machine grading, removing impurity / compounding stirring, packing and storing.

Main Features
Quartz sand has unique physical and chemical characteristics, which make it play an important role in the aviation, aerospace, electronics, machinery and today's rapidly developing IT industry. Especially its internal molecular chain structure, crystal shape and lattice change rule make it have high temperature resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, high insulation, corrosion resistance, piezoelectric effect, resonance effect and its unique optical characteristics, which play an increasingly important role in many high-tech products.
The common specifications of quartz sand are: 0.5-1 mm, 1-2 mm, 2-4 mm, 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-32 mm, 10-20 mesh, 20-40 mesh, 40-80 mesh and 100-120 mesh.
Product Description
Quartz sand is a kind of hard, wear-resistant and chemically stable silicate mineral. Its main mineral composition is SiO2. The color of quartz sand is milky white or colorless translucent, with a hardness of 7.It is brittle, cleavage-free, shell-like fracture, grease gloss, density 2.65, packing density (1.6-1.8 in 1-20 mesh ) is 1.5 in 20-200 mesh. Its chemical, thermal and mechanical properties have obvious anisotropy, insoluble in acid, slightly soluble in KOH solution, melting point 1750℃.
Application
Quartz sand is an important industrial mineral raw material, non-chemical dangerous goods, widely used in glass, casting, ceramics and fireproof materials, smelting ferrosilicon, metallurgical flux, metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, plastics, rubber, abrasives, filter and other industries.
