Brief Introduction
Buckwheat processing (dry method) takes two steps: First, calibrate seeds to 7-8 grades (sizes). Then de-hull seeds separately by grades. The sheller applies disc hulling technique which can be adjusted for processing different sizes of buckwheat.

Buckwheat goes to this machine and being calibrated to seven grades. Different sizes of buckwheat should be bagged or pre-stocked by silos and marked with numbers. Please noticed that the buckwheat should be cleaned before calibration.

Buckwheat Shelling Machine TFQM400
The machine can de-hull buckwheat and separate shells from kernels. Those coarse bran can also be separated from kernels during this process. It applies dry method (seeds to be shelled directly with no thermal-treatment involved.)
