Rotatable Chromium (Cr) target
Chromium is one of the most popular metals in the world. Chromium is a silvery, lustrous, hard, and brittle metal known for its high mirror polish and corrosion resistance. Chromium is used in many vacuum applications such as automotive glass coatings, photovoltaic cell fabrication, battery fabrication, and decorative and corrosion resistant coatings.
UVTM offer a wide range of ceramic and metallic sputter targets, in planar and rotatable shape, a complete range of targets.
Our rotatable sputter targets are available in lengths up to 4000 mm. Any shorter tube is possible. We are able to manufacture dog-bone and straight targets, depending on the material and production method requested.
Application for SiO2 and Si3N4 film，widely used in optical glass AR film and Low-E glass film.
