Our hengshui guangxing screens company can now offer welded wedge wire slot tubes with a tolerance on the slot opening of +/- 10 micron. Because of these small tolerances,we can now even produce filter cartridges with a slot opening of 10 micron. Very tight tolerances on the slots, result in a very accurate filtration process. With these tolerances, the filtration process with the bigger slot openings will now also be far more accurate then before.Our wedge wire cartridges with 10 micron, can be used in air, dust and gas filtration,where they can replace the existing paper and mesh filters.There are some advantages for choosing a wedge wire filter cartridge:The smooth filtering surface of the wedge wire filters helps easy cleaning,by wiping of or by backwash, where for paper and mesh filters cleaning is never efficient or sometimes impossible.There are no recurring expenses in case of welded wedge wire candles,where paper and mesh filters are disposable and need to be replaced.The slot opening of wedge wire filters always remains constant, where for paper and mesh filters the slot opening may widen or get disturbed.Some conditions to produce 10 micron:Diameter of the filter: from 45 mm up to 110 mm ,OD 45 mm → 70 mm: max. length 2000 mm,OD 70 mm → 110 mm: max. length 1000 mm,Filtration has to be from outside to inside (FOTI),Used profile wire has to be 0,75 mm wide.
