As a result, it cannot provide the drilling machine a consecutive running; SICER-ceramic sleeves that made of unique Zirconia(Sicer-315、 Sicer-317、Sicer-319), Sub-A99(Sicer-312), going through the strict procedures of fine powder processing, cold isotastic press, high temperature sintering , accurate assembling and precise grinding and polishing, shows superior performance in bending strength, fracture toughness, abrasion resistance. Compared to the traditional metal sleeves, the service life of SICER-ceramic sleeves has increased more than 10 times. Consequently, there would be less shutdown time and the lower running expenses. Each pump will achieve higher output and benefit.
(1) The specific ceramic sleeve is selected according to the slurry pump and the drilling condition. Its coat is made of high quality forging carbon steel, and the tolerance is strictly controlled, so as to ensure the flexible and convenient site installation.
