Ii. Scope of application
It is suitable for vacuum packaging or air-filled full-automatic stretch heat sealing packaging of cooked food, fruits and vegetables, seafood, frozen meat, soybean products, Chinese medicinal materials, hardware, electronic components, medical devices and daily chemical products. This series of packaging machine in addition to the random mold, can be customized according to the user needs of different products, or in the same machine for the stretch film packaging and pallet packaging.
Iii. Product features
1. Advanced control system
This series of packing machine adopts Germany Siemens touch screen, PLC and step control system, with the original Germany puxu vacuum pump. The whole machine through the man-machine interface intelligent adjustment is convenient, step accuracy is high, each action coordination, high degree of automation.
2. Complete functions
(1) color film or light film mulching can be selected on the same device;
(2) it can be equipped with automatic code printing/spraying system according to user's product packaging requirements;
(3) the mixture of N2, 02 and CO2 or a single gas can be filled on the basis of vacuuming according to the product packaging requirements of the user, and the mixture ratio of the gas can be conveniently adjusted by the air conditioning controller;
(4) the equipment is equipped with phase break protection system, leakage protection system and phase sequence protection system to avoid equipment damage caused by power failure, leakage and manual operation error, and to ensure the personal safety of operators;
(5) the equipment is equipped with the upper and lower die automatic deviation correction system, which automatically senses the precise direction of the film covering and the bottom film through the computer to timely adjust the unevenness of the winding end surface in the production process of the film covering material, so as to make the product packaging appearance more perfect and avoid the waste of the film material.
