1. The polyurethane foam for flame compounding produced by this product can quickly melt the sponge surface into glue when compounded with various fabrics, spread evenly on the surface of the fabric and then solidify, so that the sponge and the fabric are firmly bonded to each other. together.
2. Using this product can improve the structure of sponge cells, eliminate the trachoma, broken holes and uneven holes caused by improper foaming process, and improve the quality of sponge.
3, with appropriate amount of this product can suppress sponge core burning, color difference.
4. use instructions
1. This product can be added directly into the polyether polyol / polyester polyol or as a separate component into the foaming system.
2. This product should be used together with flame retardant and flame retardant silicone oil to achieve satisfactory flame fastness.
3. For flame compound cotton, the recommended amount is 2-6 parts, and 3-4 parts flame retardant is added at the same time. The amount of flame retardant silicone oil is used according to the formula.
4, for improving the structure of the cells, the recommended amount is 1-2.
5. It is used to suppress core burning, and the recommended dosage is about 1 part.
6. As this product is a reactive material, it is recommended to add 0.5 part of the TDI amount in the formula for each serving (when the TDI index is 100, if the TDI index is not 100, calculate according to the actual index).
7. This product has the effect of increasing the crosslinking density, which can improve the mechanical properties of the sponge, but it may also cause the sponge to close the pores. Therefore, it is recommended to pay attention to adjusting the amount of tin in the formulation of this product. Generally, the amount of tin should be slightly reduced .
