Sinomaco Non-curing Rubber Bituminous Waterproof Coating is scientifically optimized with high-quality petroleum asphalt, polymer modifiers and special additives. It is a new type of advanced waterproof coating that subverts the concept of traditional waterproofing. It can maintain a viscous jelly state permanently and has a strong creep performance. Therefore, it has self-healing, anti-leakage, anti-damping, anti-fatigue, anti-aging, stress free and other excellent application characteristics.
Products Feature
1. High solid content, almost no volatile matter, and solid content is more than 98%. After the construction, the original state of the gel is always maintained; it is non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting and non-flammable.
2. Excellent durability, fatigue resistance, high and low temperature resistance and elongation.
3. Self-healing. Even if there is damage to the waterproof layer during construction, it can self-healed and maintain a complete and seamless waterproof layer.
4. Excellent bonding performance. It can be bonded with many interfaces and waterproof materials (including wood, cement, metal, glass, etc.).
5. Good flexibility. It is suitable for deformation of the base layer, does not peel off and can effectively prevent drowning.
6. Stable protection. Material will not separate during construction, and it can form a stable, overall seamless waterproof layer, and it is easy to maintain and manage.
7. Longtime storage. It can be stored for a long time in a closed state without affecting its performance.
Application Scope
1. It is suitable to non-exposing waterproofing construction of buildings and structures such as subways, tunnels, culverts, embankments, pools, roads and bridges, toilets and bathrooms, and underground works like subways, tunnels, basements, etc.
2. It is also suitable to waterproofing maintenance non-exposed roofing works.
Working Advices
1. The coating should be used up once opened and the unused material must be completely sealed in time.
2. The construction temperature should be above 5°C, and keep the environment ventilated, avoid of fire and rainy days.
3. It is forbidden to move and walk on the layer to avoid damaging the waterproof layer before the film is solid formed.
Transportation & storage
1. It should be packed in tightly packed iron drums and placed in clean, ventilated and cool place.
2. Suitable storage temperature is -20-60°C and the warranty period is two years.
3. Be ensure that the packaging is intact and avoid of extrusion, impact, and fire during transportation.
