1.ball-black lead alloy (Iron mold overhaul) / 800-3～860-5 (Map-%) / 23～28
To improve the crankshaft hardness of surface,it can be through the surface nitriding, hard nitriding, isothermal hardening.
The crankshaft hardness of surface after nitriding is HRC30~40,after hard nitriding is HRC40~50 and after isothermal hardening is HRC45~53.
2.ball-black lead alloy+surface hard nitrided(or HARDENING) / 850-3～900-6 (Map-%) / 40～50
3.Forging steel+ surface nitrided (or HARDENING) / 850-4~900-6(kg-%m㎡) / 45-55
The journal surface is wear resistant,so our crankshaft have sufficient strength and stiffness.
