Overview
This machine is designed for making foam and wooden mold. It is qualified for large and medium-sized three-dimensional surface modeling.
High Z axis clearance allows making large industrial wooden mold, 3D foam mold, architectural decoration, large sculpture,etc.
Top-quality components, to make the machine high-precision and high-efficiency. HSD ATC spindle, Delta inverter, TBI ball screw, Yaskawa servo motors , Germany Siemens control system and so on, which keep the machine in best condition even after working for many years.
Advantage
1. Heavy duty machine structure guarantee solidity and absence of vibration, so machine’s processing precision will be highly improved.
2. Carousel type ATC with 10 position:
The ATC allows the machine to cut complete projects where different tooling is required to make different types of cuts – like cabinets and furniture – or where different bits are needed for roughing and finishing passes – like signs and complex 3D carvings without stopping to manually change bits.
3. Z axis’s feeding height is 1000mm, which allows extra large parts to be processed, and this size can be changed according to your practical needs
4. Imported Germany Siemens high performance control system, separated keyboard control, color LCD display， guarantee period: 3 years.
5. Japanese AC servo motors and drives
The closed-loop control of position, speed and torque is realized, improving precision.
Rotated speed can up to 3000RPM, good high speed performance
Heat and noise significantly reduced
Motor on Z axis has brake system to prevent working table damaged because of spindle falling suddenly
