Main functions and features

1. Roll stand system: Support the entire bundle of raw materials, and operate with main machine, after installing the raw material, adjust the hand wheel of the axis on the raw material corresponds to the machine center of the center of raw material;

The working process of the paper napkin machine is as follows:

1. After the bobbin paper is placed, the paper is led to the embossing roller, which has a synchronous paper feeding device. After the paper comes out of the embossing roller, there will be cutted by a cutter.

2. At the same time, the split paper is folded through the triangle plate by passing through the embossing roller axis, and the paper folded out of the triangle plate is one layer above and one layer below.

3. Enter the paper feeding roller to feed the paper into the folding roller, and the folding roller will fold the paper out (folding size, customized according to customer requirements).

4. At the same time, the folded paper is cut by a paper saw, and the double-layer napkin is processed by electronic counting at one time.

Operating procedures for napkin folding machine:

In order to ensure the safety of operators and prevent the damage of machines and tools, please operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures:

1、The machine of napkin paper embossing roller shall be placed on a flat cement ground, and the base of the machine and the ground shall be stably padded with rubber plate or wood plate,

2、 The operator shall be careful to fasten the transmission shaft pressing hand, cuff and clothes corner from the beginning of paper drawing

3、Do not start the machine by non operators

4、If heating is used for setting, turn off the heating power one hour before shutdown, otherwise the wool roller will be damaged.

5、During the production process, the protective covers shall be installed in good condition. If there is paper stuck on the embossing roller or the wool roller, the napkin of the automatic embossing roller may be damaged, and the wool roller may be damaged, and it shall be cleaned in time.

6、When the paper jam needs to be removed, the machine should be shut down to prevent the hand from hitting the knife edge

7、The sundries and dust on the machines and tools shall be cleaned and blown away every day, especially the parts of the motor and electric control cabinet, so as to prevent the fire caused by the series electricity

8、 Do not place tools on the operation table to prevent damage to the tools.

9、 Regularly lubricate and maintain the machine.
