In terms of material control

we have accurate ingredient list and smelting operation instructions. The molten iron slag is poured into the spectrum test block to make the chemical composition of the original molten iron. According to the spectral results, the chemical composition is adjusted to the required chemical composition. The spectroscopy test block is poured, the spectral results meet the material requirements, and then the furnace is poured, and the entire smelting process is controllable.

Our company has three imported Spike spectrometers imported from Germany to detect chemical components in real time. In addition, our company also has a traditional method for determining chemical composition: titration is the most accurate method at present. We regularly measure the chemical composition by titration and compare it with the spectrometer to ensure the material is stable.

      Our company has passed the latest international certification system standards, mainly engaged in the casting of ductile iron and gray iron. More than 2,000 employees of the company have the most advanced modeling processing equipment and physical and chemical testing equipment in China. There are more than 360 sets of various large-scale advanced equipments such as 4 modeling production lines, 3 resin sand lines, 3 power frequency electric furnaces, 7 10-ton cupola furnaces, precision CNC lathes, etc., which can undertake castings with a weight of less than 10 tons. With an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. I hope to have the opportunity to cooperate.

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
