This Industrial water purified making machine can roll 4040 to 8040 large industrial size of RO elements. It equips with an automatic high precision two-component glue dispensing system. The dispensing system provides adjustable ratio, dispensing volume, degassing, and material vacuum refill. The 3 axis robotic dispensing arm can perform any dispensing paths to meet different designs.
This RO Reverse Osmosis Rolling Machine can roll 4040 to 8040 large industrial size of RO elements. It equips with an automatic high precision two-component glue dispensing system. The dispensing system provides adjustable ratio, dispensing volume, degassing, and material vacuum refill. The 3 axis robotic dispensing arm can perform any dispensing paths to meet different designs. Only two operators are required to co-work with the machine. The machine also equips with an automatic outer warp taping system, it is control by a magnetic tension system to control and balance the tightness for perfect element result.

1. After connecting permeate collection membrane, labor connects it to the permeate tube.
2. Manually loads up permeate tubes, they system automatic detents it for next processing.
3. A 3 axis robotic dispensing arm works with the automatic 2 component glue mixing and feeding functions to achieve the best dispensing result. It can dispense any glue patterns.
4, Dispensing platform equips with elevator function which allows glue to apply continually and homogenously.
5, Robotic arm performs automatic tape with adjustable speed.
