This drying oven is used in medical treatment unit, industry and mining enterprise, universities and colleges and scientific research for drying, melting wax, sterilizing and disinfecting and so on.
Use Method
(A).Operation Button
1).Pointer display: display test temperature;
2).Setting dial: rotate setting dial to adjust the required temperature;
3).Green light :when power on,green light is on;
4).Red light: when test temperature reaches setting value, red light is on
(B).
1).Before power on, make sure the switch is in the "off" position, check whether it is broken circuit or leakage.
2).When running for the first time , it is better not to put any samples into chamber because it will smoke slightly. close the door, unscrew exhaust cap, turn on the power switch, indicator is on ,make sure the heat switch in the "slow" position, set the temperature at 100℃ and the inside temperature begin rising ,when reach 100℃, then can cut off power supply and open the door for heat dissipation.
3).If use formally , first put the samples on the shelves, close the door, unscrew the exhaust cap , connect power ,turn on the heating switch (fast or slow for choice) . set required temperature, the inside temperature start rising , when reach constant temperature , adjust the heating switch in the "slow" position, to make sure the accuracy of temperature in the inside chamber .
(C).Use Way of Instrument
Rotate the setting dial slowly, make the cursor in the "0" position, adjust the required temperature. the green light is on when power is connected, the pointer displays test temperature in time as inside temperature rising, when reaches setting value, red light is on, cut off power, temperature goes down gradually ; when falls down to setting value, green light is on, the inside temperature rises.
