FREE-VALVE’s Resilient Seat Rising Non Rising Stem Stainless Steel Gate Valves are designed with rubber coated disc to provide excellent sealing features by the resilient deformation of the rubber.This type of gate valve has been developed in order to prevent the problems of gate valve with rising stem to save installation space, and to prevent the problems of general gate valve such as rusting and leakage.
Features
1. The flow direction of the medium is not limited, no disturbance, no pressure reduction.
2. The valve body is cast and molded, the valve body and the valve cover are bolted, and the middle flange is sealed with a wound gasket.
3. The channel is smooth and the flow coefficient is small. The sealing surface is less scoured and eroded by the medium.
4. Stainless steel corrosion-resistant stem, trapezoidal thread rolling processing, screw teeth smooth wear, effectively reduce operating torque, improve service life.
5. High performance rubber will be all wrapped disc, valve spool matrix completely separated from the medium, no corrosion.Rubber soft seal, the whole hot vulcanization forming.
